Frequently asked questions

Your journey to self-discovery and healing begins with understanding. Below are answers to common questions about Eternity For Love and what you can expect from our sessions.

When people first come to Eternity For Love, what common worries or challenges are they often hoping to get help with?

  • Do I need to believe in "God" to participate? Having a spiritual connection to something that is bigger than yourself is all that is required to begin this journey.
  • What other things do I need to participate? A willingness to learn is most important. An open mind and determination to put yourself first, not from a place of selfishness, but from the understanding that you cannot pour from an empty cup.
  • Do I have to come to Alexandra for the sessions? No! sessions can be carried out via Zoom or WhatsApp. If you want to use the wellness space, then yes you need to come to Alexandra - what a lovely idea for a wellness indulgence day!
  • Do you heal me? No! I give you guidance and processes that allow you to heal yourself using tried and proven methods created by Inna Segal and the Visionary Intuitive Healing processes.
  • How many sessions are required for learning the processes? Everyone is an individual. The more you practice/play in your own personal time, the less you will need to see me :)
  • Do I need to know how to draw or paint to participate in the artistic sessions? No! This is all about connecting to the Inner Child in you who loves to play - all creative expression is celebrated whether you're a natural or a numfy!
  • Do I have to bring my own art supplies? No! A range of art supplies is provided - but if you are an artist and love your own supplies, by all means bring them.
  • Are you a qualified Art Therapist? No! I am not offering art as therapy, I am using art as part of my VIH practice to awaken the joy in your Inner Child.
  • Do I need to bring anything for the infra-red sauna sessions? Please bring two towels, a hand towel and a minimum of 1 litre of water. One towel for sitting on in the sauna and one for the shower afterwards.

* Do I need to be an outdoor enthusiast? No! Not all sessions use nature as a tool for healing. I offer wellness days and retreats where I do use nature as a way of connecting deeply to spirit. You won't be climbing actual mountains, just inner ones!

What kind of attitude or willingness helps people get the most out of working with Eternity For Love?

If you are willing to let go of the need to outsource your healing then you will do well with Eternity For Love. My daily practice has shown me that all thoughts, actions and intentions create our state of wellbeing - it's our choice. Remove yourself from the clutches of the "Victim" and move into the freedom of being the "Victor".

Could you briefly describe what someone can expect during a typical session or when working with you?

A typical session will include an energetic body scan and series of questions digging into the findings of this scan. A guided process to work on the findings from the scan and then a discussion about the experience. Homeplay is always given to assist you to continue your own healing at home. It is usual to be given a plan for your healing journey once we have focused in on what's best for your highest good now.

What positive changes or feelings do your clients usually experience after working with you?

Clients leave Eternity For Love with a deeper sense of self-worth, peace, joy and excitement for what's to come.
